They're tag markers planted in various places, the same way you
attach tags to animals to track their motion and establish where
they came from.

The hand that rocks the seat of knowledge, the Internet, rules the
world. Risk a' la extraordinaire.

Watch what happens to Al Qa'ida. It has made a terrible mistake
that will destroy it: it's gone underground on-line, putting their
communications on the Net. Every single outlet used to issue
communications by the organization and its affiliates, as well as
other outlets by those sympathetic to the general cause is, over the
next year or two, be hijacked and subverted in such a subtle way
that soon, nobody will know who is saying what, who is for real and
not. You're going to have Al Qa'ida attacking its own by its own
"injunction", threatening to nuke Mecca, itself. One of its cells
is going to issue proclamations declaring that there is no God,
others announcing a formal affiliation with the Nazis, while others
still call on Saudi women to exterminate their husbands and fathers.
An announcement will be made about the creation of an Al Qa'ida cell
in North Korea that has targeted Libya with the threat of nuclear
attack, while another still in Moscow will declare in intifada
against Chechnya. Yet another will announce the creation of a
Hindu cell of Al Qa'ida dedicated to the destruction of Pakistan
issuing also a threat of murder against Bin Laden, himself, while
another will announce that all of the former Taliban regime has
committed suicide by self-poisoning (with photos provided),
enjoining followers and devotees to do the same (providing details
on how to do so).

The Ents that live on the Net and who have quietly bided their time
in quiet observation of the goings on throughout the world have
waken up and are on the rise. You are about to see the beginning
of a whole new phase -- a new Underground War, the likes of which
