Yes, I know lots more than most, including how to take care of myself
and those I deeply care about. Unfortunately, most of my knowledge is
not earning me squat in the form of good old bankable loot. How about

No non-GMO seeds, no greenhouse, no cave. All I've got is a very
small part of a hill top, a few trees, some chickens and a bit of
wildlife that stops by for a handout.

You need to purchase some non-GMO seeds. You can build a spring house
instead of using a cave. You will need at least 6 people to tend the land,
dry the food, and mill the grain. It's a good life. The Amish do it daily.

Just think, to be rid of phones, computers, cars. It makes it all worth
waiting for.
