Use h = energy*time, = E*t = E'*t' then
E' = (t/t')*E,
Fortunately "h" is a universal constant and
invariant.
Two different observers can disagree on the
measurement of E and E', and t and t', but
they agree on the product "h".

It is good to know that observers can agree on
something.
