Not many.

Ilja Schmelzer comes to mind. He is the only aetherist on these
newsgroups who is -not- a crackpot. For years, he has championed
an alternative theory of gravitation based on analogies with
condensed matter physics. His web page is currently undergoing
major revisions.

Another extremely civil anti-relativist is Robert Fritzius.
He champions Ritz emission theory.

Other than those two, I can't think of any civil anti-relativists,
and Ilja isn't necessarily anti-relativity. Rather, his attempts
to derive GR as an emergent theory arising from more fundamental
principles starts from radically different premises than that taken
by the majority of physicists...
